  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery items, including engraved or resized items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Earrings or any items that come in direct contact with the skin due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@yakirafinejewellery.com with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Item(s) you wish to return.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photographs of the item (if applicable) to verify its condition.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  • Yakira Fine Jewellery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, gift wrapping charges, and any applicable customs duties or taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items eligible for exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns (e.g., unused, original condition, proof of purchase).

2. Process

  • Contact us at info@yakirafinejewellery.com to initiate an exchange request.
  • Indicate the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement item (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
  • We cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.
  • If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid before shipment.
  • If the replacement item has a lower value, the price difference will be refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the issue and your order details.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping fees for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Yakira Fine Jewellery.

International Returns & Exchanges

  • International customers must follow the same procedures for returns and exchanges.
  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with international returns or exchanges.

Additional Information

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted and could be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Items that do not meet our return or exchange conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
